The Vince DelMonte Second Group of Exercises
After resting for fifteen minutes, start the second group of six Vince Del Monte exercises, utilizing the same Cable Crossover Station machine. The Cable Crossover is performed from a lower angle. Cable Face Pull Rows Variation involves pulling the cable handles all the way towards the face until your hands almost touches your nose. This works out the back and shoulder blades. Cable Side Lateral Raises involves lifting one arm straight out and upwards toward the ceiling. This exercise works out the deltoids. Then, do the other side, using the other arm. Low Pulley Cable Bicep Curls and Reverse Grip Triceps Push Downs work out the arms. Overhead Leg Raises involves hanging from an overhead bar while lifting legs straight up towards the chest, where legs are temporarily at a perpendicular position to the floor, and then moving legs back down in a controlled manner. This Vince DelMonte exercise has a flowing and rocking movement, and it works the abdominal area. Again, after the first set, do these six exercises routines, three more sets, making sure to gradually increase the amount of weights on each set. At the end of your workout, your upper body, which includes the chest, shoulder blades, forearms, arms, back, abdominal area, and oblique areas, will burn. It is advisable to relax during the next day, maybe by sitting in a Jacuzzi or a warm bath.
